Since 1991, FOCS has been one of Boston’s premiere vocal bands, presenting audiences with an energetic, upbeat performance of pop and rock cover and original songs.
The Nor'easters
The Nor’easters are Northeastern University’s premiere co-ed a cappella group. They have had the honor of being named the 2019 champions of the National A Cappella Convention, the 2013 and 2017 champions of the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella, and the 2015 ICCA Wildcard champions. In the past few years, The Nor’easters have become recording powerhouses, having been awarded Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards for Best Mixed Collegiate Album three times, as well as the Runner-up Best Mixed Collegiate Album award for their most recent album, COLLECTIVE Volume 2. Most recently, they released the final song from their 2019 NACC set, Fire on Fire, to all streaming platforms!
